A passionate mobilizer of creativity, technology and local insight to solve business problems. 360 solutions across multiple categories that are consumer centric, engaging and insight driven, to re shape business and ensure incredible customer experience. With over 25 years of experience leading organisations in the corporate world, Mansoor’s focus on the education sector stems from a passion to give the youth of our country, an enabling platform for growth. 

Thought leadership being Mansoor’s forte, it not only led to his nomination to the Power 100 – Pakistan’s most influential people of 2013, it is also the foundation through which he is creating collaborations, pathways and frameworks that are set to transform the access of youth to quality education and opportunities for growth. Additionally, Mansoor has served the Advertising Association of Pakistan, chaired the Communication chapter of Young President’s Organisation (YPO) Pakistan and featured in Power 100’s list of Pakistan’s most influential people in 2013. With his extensive experience in leading Pakistan’s first 100% multinational agency, 

Mansoor was taken on board by another powerhouse media group Interflow Pakistan and led the agency’s international affiliation with Bates. Under his leadership, Orient McCann Pakistan also won Campaign Asia’s Gold for most Creative agency of the Year in 2018 – a first in the Agency’s 50-year history. Through inspiring leadership and staff motivation Mansoor has managed to create outstanding results.

With social uplift of Karachi forming a cornerstone of his ethos, Mansoor enjoys mentoring students as a volunteer for the Prince of Wales Enterprise Challenge that encourages entrepreneurial skills in children; and has served on the organising committee of Hamara Karachi – an annual festival of food, literature and performing arts held between 2009 and 2012 with the City Government. An avid snooker player who has represented Pakistan in the international arena,  Mansoor is married, and lives in Karachi with his wife and two children.
